Terms of Service
1. General
This document is the public offer of the voicescribe service (the “Service”) operating at voicesscribe.com. Registering, topping up a balance or sending requests to the API means full acceptance of these terms. If the terms do not suit you, please do not use the Service.
2. Subject
The Service provides access to an API that automatically transcribes audio into text. Access is granted through a personal key; volume, per-minute rate and limits are defined by the chosen plan. The plan, remaining minutes, request history and the amount due are visible in the client area.
The Service is provided “as is”. Full recognition accuracy is not guaranteed: the result depends on recording quality, language and conditions. If a transcript is used for legally or medically significant decisions, it must be reviewed by a human.
3. Payment
Services are paid for in advance by topping up the balance. Charging is by actual use: only successfully processed requests are billed, failed requests consume no minutes. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency through an external payment provider; the conversion rate and network fees are set by that provider.
Paid funds are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. An unspent balance is kept without a time limit and is used to pay for the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service lawfully and only for recordings you have the right to process.
- Do not share your key with third parties and do not resell access without agreement.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass plan limits or access other clients' data.
Access is suspended if these rules are broken. For a serious or repeated violation the account is blocked without a refund of the remaining balance.
5. Liability
The Service is not responsible for the content of uploaded recordings or for decisions made on the basis of transcripts. Liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the last paid period.
Round-the-clock availability is not guaranteed. The Service is not responsible for interruptions caused by network, hardware or hosting failures, or by force majeure, and does not compensate for them.
6. Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means accepting the new version.
